Detail view for risk source

 What is the detail view?

The detail view is the page you reach when you click on an individual risk source in the list. All information about the risk source is gathered in one place here — you don't need to navigate further to get the full picture.

Why is the detail view important?

The list views give you an overview of many risk sources at once. The detail view gives you depth on one. This is where you get a complete picture of the risk source — its most important structured data, where it is located in the location tree, what status it has, and whether there is any note from the catalogue that requires attention.

What is shown in the detail view?

The detail view is divided into several sections:

Identity

Trade name, supplier, article number, aliases and other identifiers such as UFI code, CAS number and REACH registration number.

Risk levels

Inherent risk and operational risk are shown clearly — you can see immediately where the risk source stands and whether a risk assessment has been carried out.

Documents

Primary documents linked to the risk source, above all the safety data sheet (SDS). From here you can open, download or print.

Hazard statements and pictograms

All H- and EUH codes as well as GHS pictograms taken from the SDS — structured and machine-readable, not as free text from a PDF.

Composition

The substances in the product with concentrations, CAS numbers and any list matches against regulatory lists.

Locations

At which locations in the location tree the risk source is registered.

Risk assessments

Linked risk assessments and their status — not assessed, in progress or completed.
