Notifications are not sending
Steps to try if you're not receiving email notifications from Ester.
Check your spam folder
Email notifications from Ester sometimes end up in spam. Search for emails from your Ester domain and mark them as not spam.
Check your notification settings
- Go to Settings in Ester
- Select Notifications from the left menu
- Make sure email notifications are turned on for the events you want
Check with your IT department
Some company email filters block automated emails. Ask your IT department to whitelist emails from Ester.
