How to export

  1. Go to the section you want to export (e.g., Chemicals or SDS library).
  2. Click Export in the top-right corner.
  3. Select a format — CSV or Excel for registry data, PDF for assessments.
  4. Click Download.

Large exports may take a moment. If the file takes more than 30 seconds to generate, you'll receive an email with a download link.

Data retention

Ester retains all data for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export before data is permanently deleted.
